These fit like regular blades, whether the thickness is different or not. I haven't bothered to measure that because they work so well. There is a BIG difference in effective sharpness and ease of cutting. It remains to be seen how durable they are, but I'm optimistic. Consider trying them out if the ripple-cut portion of the blade will be doing the work (as opposed to just the point).

Seem to stay sharp much longer than traditional blades. I installed in three of my utility knives. Very pleased with the performance. I did see that Home Depot sells a similar blade for less. Not sure if the HD brand is as good a as this brand or if it would last as long.
